After you have accepted the project, you will get a welcome email with a link to your very own project management dashboard, where you will be onboarded to the process.

Little preparation before the agreed start date. Including contract signing, payment, filling out a brand questionnaire, and other forms related to brand application projects if you opted in for additional services.

This is the moment fully dedicated to you and your business. You will be included in every step of the branding process to make sure you feel aligned with the work. After the brand identity is done, you will be given all the files and materials you will need to confidently launch your business's new identity. What about images? We will create an entire stock imagery library for your brand and add direction to your brand strategy document so you know what types of images go well with your new branding. For an additional fee, we can help you plan a photoshoot. If you happen to already have good images of your business and they are in sync with your new branding, we can definitely use them!
What about website copy? We will design your website using guided placeholder copy and you will have access to a website copy template that outlines best practices for writing web content. Since we have done your brand strategy, you will find it easy to implement copy that is on-brand and will attract your target audience.
No, the quality is not going to suffer because instead of working on multiple branding projects simultaneously, we work intensively on one branding project at a time which results in fast delivery. Our goal is to create a brand you will LOVE, so our process is created to support it. E.g. Having great prep work with questionnaires, coming up with a detailed creative direction before designing anything, and getting feedback on every design step will minimize revisions, which usually take up a lot of time.
